The Gananoque Inn

The location is walking distance to the city cruise centre, very convenient. Just walk out to the main street there are plenty of food choices. It's a small town, there's not much to expect. But the frontal lake view is awesome.

The inn is old, carpet on the stairs and corridor is as old. Room carpet smells bad. The odour is quite strong when open the door entering into the room. Bed is very high, need to have technique to climb up. Aircon is noisy.

We had dinner at the Inn. I ordered a chicken dish and was unable to eat it due to the seasoning. Curry! I am very sensitive to seasonings and this ingredient was not listed in the ingredients on the menu. I had to choose another dish. The waiter said that I would have to pay for both dinners. I was very disappointed that they did not trade out my dinner as Curry is an ingredient that should be listed in the description of the item. So, I had to pay for two dinners. Marie Bini

C'est un endroit très bien situé sur le bord de l'eau. J'y suis retournée après neuf ans car j'en gardais un excellent souvenir. La chambre motel a été rénovée. J'ai apprécié.

La machine à café était mal connectée et il y a eu plusieurs courts-circuits lors de son utilisation. Le problème a été réparé pour le lendemain. La TÉLÉ trop petite pas de guide programme DÉCEVANT.
