"OUTSTANDING PROPERTY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOPS!"

Had a great stay!!!! Chelsea started our visit off right as we checked in. She was very polite, personable, and professional. Somehow, I had a scheduling snafu and needed to rearrange my stay, which also involved other hotels. She took the time to fix the issue with a very pleasant demeanor even thought it was clearly my fault. Likewise, I had a package shipped to the hotel hoping it would arrive before I continued my travels. When I learned my items would not arrive on time, I explained it to Barbra, who came up with a solution and gave me the confidence I could leave it to her to resolve. Thank both you ladies!!!! While I did not have real encounters with others, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very clean. The beds were comfortable with fresh sheets (which I always inspect with a UV light ). Our stay allowed us to focus on the trip we were here for with no issues with our room or the hotel. Great place to stay in Medford and the only place I will stay when back in town. Of note, the room does not have the silly smoked glass doors that cast a silhouette of whoever is using the bathroom--Thank you for that too!
