Beautiful older hotel in garden grounds on the edge of the historic part of Hoi An. Wonderful staff, great food, full service hotel. We have stayed here 3 times and would come back.

All was good. If stretched to provide a negative comment it would be that the pool water was very warm and the shower water was just warm

Location fabulous. Amazing staff. They can’t do enough for you. Large room, with comfortable beds. Great breakfast in beautiful gardens. Lovely facial in spa.

Pool area looks nice but when you look closer it is tired and needs upgrading. The sun lounger cushions are dirty and the general area around the pool could do with an upgrade.

Location. Beautiful gardens.

Communications from management. She tried to sort an issue but made it significantly worse. Pool was like stepping into a hot bath. Apparently they add ice blocks but it did nothing. Could every noise from adjoining rooms
