The property was clean, very close accessible with public transportation, staff was super friendly and helpful

There was little to no soundproofing. I had a private room, there were some people who were partying on my floor and sounded like they were in my room. But I was too tired to go down to reception to report so I put on some noise cancelling headphones. The staff was very receptive to feedback when I shared with them the next morning

I like the place and the ambiance of this hotel. Its good for reccomendation.

My neighbor in this hotel maybe give them curfew hours. Its annoying that you are trying to get rest because of a long trip but my next door is playing at 21:30.. very noisy. Its kids i understand it but curfew maybe 21:00

Das Bett. Das Zimmer und das viel zu kleine Bad, dazu war es mega laut. Es wurden die ganze Zeit Türen geknallt und rumgeschrien. Sauberkeit war auch nicht 100% gegeben. Wir waren echt enttäuscht.

- the location: it's a very short walk to the main train station and isn't hard to find at all. - the staff. All of the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times. I made a mistake when booking which type of room I wanted to stay in and only realised when I arrived on the premises. It was entirely my own mistake, but the lady who checked me in at reception was so helpful and immediately helped me to fix it, which made me feel so comfortable. - the food. I had my dinner there both nights - I had a toasted sandwich the first night and a margarita pizza the second night, and they were both very tasty! - the communal areas. I especially enjoyed watching the Deutschland - Curacao match on the TV with everyone! - the price. It was overall great value! - the bed was comfortable, as was the room temperature - it was all very clean - there was shampoo, body gel and soap provided which was very convenient

- there was a lady in my room who was being incredibly disruptive on both nights I stayed, swearing in Spanish, talking very loudly when people were trying to sleep (and not stopping when another person in the room asked her to keep the noise down), and burping very loudly. On the first night I got woken up at 4am and ended up going downstairs for earplugs, which the receptionist gave me free of charge and allowed me to get back to sleep. The second night she was doing it again when I was trying to fall asleep, and then I got woken up again at 6am which wasn't as early as the first night but still very inconvenient. I don't expect total silence in a hostel, and I have no problem with small infrequent noises like someone getting up to use the bathroom, or setting an alarm, or turning over in bed, but the level of noise this lady was making was disrespectful. This is NOT the fault of the staff and I am in no way blaming them for what happened, but it was not pleasant nor respectful - the charging port in my bed didn't work. I still had other places to charge it, like downstairs in the communal areas, but I would have liked to have been able to charge my phone in my bed. - another pillow would have been nice.

A great location just a few minutes from the station. Friendly staff. The rooms have everything you need, but could do with a bit of a spruce-up. For the price, it’s a good option.
