The room smelled.

Wouldn't come back here to stay for free.

Rooms really need to be updated.

Good stay, no issues. Only issue is that my puppy got full of sandburs...though that is not their fault, you might want to be careful where you let your dog relieve itself.

The room was large, We used the refrigerator in the room and that was a nice amenity. Very clean, comfortable beds, a/c worked well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The nightly rate was very affordable. The breakfast is very nice....fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels with choice of cream cheese, cereal, oatmeal and my favorite....hot waffles! As well as coffee, tea and juice. Great way to start the day. This property is very close to the different Covenant hospitals, just a couple of blocks away. We stayed here to be close to a family member who was having surgery at the main hospital. It is also convenient to a Dollar Tree, fast food and a Market Street grocery store if needed. We enjoyed our stay and we will stay again if we are in Lubbock.

Comfortable bed and generally clean. Only downside was very weak water pressure in the shower.

The under cover parking was good. The exhaust fan in the restroom was horrible and really didn’t work. The tv remote didn’t work as it should. Overall it was ok

The staff were courteous and professional. The broom was clean and minimalistic, which was fine with us.

It was okay. Not bad, for the money I am happy. The bed is extremely comfortable and it was clean and up to date. Lik with any older buildings it is not perfect, but by no means a bad stay. Yes I would stay again anytime.
