It appears to be an older motel that was recently updated. Nice and clean with very friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood in-town and just off the freeway, next to TTU.

Walking distance to specialty hospital. There are restaurants nearby too. Easy access to hi-way

If you have booked a room in this place, don't expect a quiet rest A family lives here and this is their home, they don't care about the guests, all the holidays, children's screams will be under the window in the parking lot, they will eat there. And the most interesting thing is that the administrator is part of this family, your comments will be ignored

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. They also keep up with the housekeeping as well, and the clerks were mostly polite. I wish they did have better breakfast options, though.

Good place to stay on a budget, nothing fancy, clean, quiet, a little older.
