Our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. As soon as we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. Dust was everywhere – in the corners, under the bed, and on other surfaces – and we found plenty of black hairs on the floor. This level of untidiness was unacceptable. The room didn’t even have a basic iron, and the hairdryer looked ancient and was very inconvenient to use. The sunbeds by the pool were torn and uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax, even though at least the pool itself was clean. To be fair, there were only two positive aspects – the staff and the breakfast. The service was friendly, and the breakfast selection was good. But everything else was so disappointing that we even refused the room cleaning service, as it didn’t seem worth it at all. Things were so bad that we even considered moving to another hotel, but we decided to stay only because it would have been a waste of the money already spent. Overall, this hotel was a major letdown, did not meet expectations, and we would definitely not return.

This small, friendly and beautifully kept hotel is a little gem. Great staff provide efficient and personalised service. Well appointed for the beach and local eateries. Lovely external area for eating breakfast and Kevin makes WONDERFUL cocktails. We enjoyed staying here immensely.

We spent a week here and the hotel met all of our expectations and exceeded several of them. The staff were excellent - ultra friendly and efficient. Our room was very good - fridge, kettle, cleaned and fresh towels provided every day, good en-suite with toiletries, jacuzzi on the balcony, safe, aircon [a bit noisy on the first night, but we got used to it - note that it cuts out if the balcony door isn't shut], television and plenty of storage space. The breakfast was top notch - everything you could reasonably expect at the price and really good quality. Maria was a force of nature at breakfast time, and also in the pool snack bar later. The pool was big enough and there were sufficient loungers for the number of guests - we never had a problem finding some - and the bar had a surprising range of meals and drinks, although it did close a bit early. The hotel bar was brilliant - a marvellous range of cocktails! The cats provided entertainment every evening, especially when they decided the pool table was the best place to sit! We had a late flight home, but were able to use the pool, shower [towels provided] and store our cases in the hotel - other hotels coud learn from this standard of hospitality. It is in a quiet residential road, close to the main street, which was a bit underwhelming at first, although it has plenty of restaurants and shops. The local beach was disappointing. It is easy to find the bus stop for Rhodes [and the local shop selling tickets], although the bus doesn't always stop at the nearest stop at peak times because it is already full.

We have just returned from a week at the Nathalie hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every part of it. The hotel is relatively small quirky and very Greek looking so you get the family friendly feel , it was beautiful , the staff are a small team and all so helpful and friendly , nothing was too much . We stayed in a whirlpool room which was very bright and clean . The cleaners cleaned everyday and we had clean towels and bins emptied everyday also , the cleaners were lovely on floor 3 always happy and friendly , working hard to keep everything clean . The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had , catering for everybody and Maria and the other lady ( didn’t get her name !) work tirelessly to replenish and keep everything clean and tidy and always with a smile and a welcome good morning to you . We didn’t use the pool or the snack bar so can’t comment on those but the first night we arrived it was late and we ordered a pizza at the hotel bar which was so delicious we had another the last night before we left ! And so cheap !! We had a late flight home and was able to have late check out which was only €30 and we were allowed to use the room until we left . The room has a kettle, cups and a fridge but no tea or coffee so you need to bring your own or buy some at the many various shops nearby . The spar is the best value , which is about 5 mins walk . We were really impressed with the Nathalie and have nothing we can fault , we have been to Rhodes several times now and will definitely be returning to stay here again . Thank you to all the staff who made our stay one of the best we’ve had .

L’accueil chaleureux, le confort des chambres et la bonne literie. Le personnel aux petits soins, arrangeant et francophone. La décoration raffinée grecque. L’emplacement à quelques kilomètres de Rhodes dans une zone près d’une plage et nombreux restaurants. Le calme dans cet hôtel pourtant fréquenté au mois d’août Une piscine où il reste des transats quand on arrive pour s’y baigner! Le petit déjeuner copieux Bref… difficile de ne pas aimer cet hébergement!

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location but only 3 minute walk to main strip. Ixia is very small, but bigger Ialyssos strip only 10 min walk. Closest restaurants Napoli and Hippocampus both very good to eat in. Big shout out to Maria who works very hard prepaing breakfast and then manages the poolside snack bar. Really nice snacks and prices are reasonable. Good choice for breakfast. Soap, shampoo, shower gel disposables all provided and towels for the pool are €2.50 each, you can exchange daily and leave used ones in the basket at reception. Wi-fi throughout the hotel is good, TV and safe deposit boxes only in the executive rooms, otherwise you can rent a safety deposit box beside reception. Would definitely return again someday!

A clean, welcoming, small, traditional Greek hotel. Night stays were quiet, beds and pillows very comfy too! Breakfasts plenty full with a lot of choice. Everyone is friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Even the local cat who has adopted the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Pool isn't suitable for people who have difficulty in walking or disabled in any way. Very difficult to get in and out of water as the ladders only have 3 steps. It isn't in a good location but you can walk a few yards to bars and shops. I wouldn't recommend using the local bus service as it isn't frequent and goes past you when it is packed full which is most of the day. I would recommend getting a taxi from the hotel to go wherever you want. I would recommend this hotel for adults or couples but not for children as there isn't anything there for them. A pleasant stay to which we would return to.
