We should have turned around when we walked in the lobby was dirty, the rug filthy… cigarette butts in front of the hotel and the staff were all outside smoking. Every window was dirty, not just a few smudges.. dirty. We asked as we normally do for a list of local restaurants and they had a book of restaurants that was very grimy. Room was dingy. When we went out to dinner staff was outside smoking, when we came back still there or they were on their next break.

The 3 of us stayed here for a little weekend getaway. Loved the Jacuzzi (and the little duck!), convenient location, and proximity to scenic locations like the waterfalls that we took advantage of. The staff was super friendly and helpful, as well. (:

Pillows were not comfortable at all. Everything else was fine.

Very comfortable and quiet room. The staff was great and super accommodating.

Ice machine was only on the 1st floor.

The hotel does have nice rooms, and is very quiet. The most annoying issue, which I have experienced all 4 times I have stayed there, is the front desk at check-in. There were computer issues multiple times, and the staff was slow, with no sense of urgency. The check-in process needs to streamlined so that it is much quicker, perhaps with room keys and check-in papers already set up for those with reservations. I think that the computers need to be upgraded with new hardware and software, and the staff trained better on how to move through the process more quickly.

There was a weird chemical/perfume smell in our room. The pool and hot tub are small, but does the job.
