We were initially given a room next to some very noisy guests- staff were obliging when we asked to move, and very friendly.

Food was very good but the atmosphere of the dining area was a little average.

The pool & bbq area, location away from traffic and noise

That the hotel staff/manager had failed to call me and notify me that they had changed my room and charged me extra for the room change, also that there was no cutlery in the room or bowls, or facial towels.
