Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist großartig, etwa zwischen Ahlbeck und Heringsdorf . Zimmer war groß, allerdings etwas hellhörig.

Wir sind zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Es ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist super vielfältig und die Frühstückszeit bis 13 Uhr genial. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und sehr schön. Rundherum ein super schönes Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Das Schwimmbecken müsste etwas tiefer sein, damit man besser schwimmen kann.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind auf jeden Fall die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption – durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war wirklich vorbildlich. Besonders begeistert haben mich die flachen Kissen auf den Betten, die für mich außergewöhnlich bequem waren und zu einem guten Schlaf beigetragen haben.

Leider gab es auch einige negative Punkte: Obwohl der Frühstücksraum nur zu etwa einem Drittel ausgelastet war, wurde ich als Alleinreisender gebeten, meinen Platz an einem Vierertisch zu räumen und mich an einen kleineren Tisch zu setzen. Das empfand ich als unnötig und wenig gastfreundlich. Zusätzlich war der für 15 € reservierte Parkplatz ungünstig unter einem Baum gelegen. Mein Fahrzeug wurde durch Vogelkot stark verschmutzt, sodass ich es anschließend reinigen lassen musste – das ist für einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz sehr ärgerlich. Zudem war zwar ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer vorhanden, jedoch lediglich Tee und kein Kaffee – was ich als unvollständig empfunden habe.
