Very friendly and helpful service when checking in or out. But condition of the hotel is pretty bad. Housekeeping friendly and did the best they could despite the condition of the room, furniture, etc

Very nice people.

The hotel staff were all very nice. The location is convient to many points of interest.

They advertise breakfast but it is just juice and coffee. The sheets make you itchy and the bed is uncomfortable so we did not get sleep. The staff was rude during every encounter. All wall electric outlets are outdated, some wouldnt hold plugs or chargers. The carpet staples stabbed me in my foot.

Room was dirty, had roaches, and the duvet was dirty and had cigarette burns. Bathroom was unclean, shower curtain dirty as was the bathtub. The price was good but the room was horrible, also the curtains wouldn’t close completely and the outside lights were bright.

We were very disappointed with our room. The carpet was ripped in two places and felt greasy. Would recommend wearing shoes at all times. The light fixtures were rusty and one of the shades was losing plastic pieces. There were squashed bugs on the walls. Would not recommend staying at this place.

I will never stay here again, even if it was free of charge.

All was amazing

This property is in need of a complete refitting / renovation. Our room the mildew odor was so strong we had to buy a spray disinfectant at Walmarts , spray the complete room leave door open for 15 minutes in hopes of improving air quality. Walls where dirty and smeared with what look like black grease from a mechanics garage. Toilet was loose and not properly anchored to floor. Bathtub spigot came off when trying to lift the shower pin . Expedia should do a better job scrutinizing the properties they showcase and recommend. This property should get a -2 stars .
