Location is perfect with good access to I-64 and distilleries. Parking is convenient and in the summer there is a pool out front. This property is especially pet-friendly with a nice grassy play space in front of the rooms, and the upcharge for a pet is minimal.

A minor glitch with the bathtub drain not staying open. Had to use a coffee stirring rod. Road noise can be loud at times. The waffle maker wasn't working :-(

"Bluegrass Inn is the best value in Frankfort, KY!"

All facets of this hotel are at or above an 8.0 rating, but the stand out feature was that I could control the input on the TV and hook up to my phone with an HDMI cable when I got tired of the TV offered by the Bluegrass Inn. This is a huge benefit! Few hotels allow guests to control the input on the TV, which makes me not want to go to those places. I will ALWAYS visit the Bluegrass Inn when in Frankfort, KY!

The pool was still off-season and closed, but it was 75 outside and a dip would have been nice.
