L'aspect extérieur uniquement.

Chambre peu lumineuse de manière à ce que les clients ne perçoivent pas les détails. Le papier peint du couloir est complétement défraîchi. La douchette dans la baignoire est mal placée (côté longueur au lieu côté largeur) et donc l'eau partout. Tapis pas propre. Murs pas propres (araignée écrasée sur le mur). Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas : nous avons eu froid toute la nuit, sachant que la couette est très fine et ne suffisait pas à se réchauffer - nous l'avons rapporté à la personne à l'accueil lors du départ. Une dame d'un certain âge prétend qu'elle n'est là qu'une fois par semaine et n'a daigné de s'excuser ou faire un geste. Elle était totalement impassible face à cette situation. Nous lui avons reproché de ne pas mettre de chauffage alors qu'il faisait très froid (séjour 03/02/26). Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux pour un 4 étoiles, trop cher payé.
