I was able to get a booking last minute

I was told from booking no other payment should be made. I get there and get told that was a lie and I needed to pay $100 deposit. On top of that the room was not in good shape. There was tile that was not connected. Outlets were not connected to the walls woke up at 5 AM to go to the bathroom to a huge water bug or hissing cockroach crawling into the bathroom. With the pictures I have so many more pictures but it will only allow me to use 4

I liked the amount of space in the suite we stayed in. Enough for me, my husband and our 3 kids. The mini fridge was decent enough to hold a gallon of milk. I appreciated the sink and microwave in the unit.

There were dead cockroaches on the floor when I arrived. The surface of the nightstand didn’t look wiped down, it had some water rings on it from someone else, and there was a “sanitary pad” stuck to the inside wall of the handicap shower. Additionally they didn’t have regular coffee available, and the breakfast left much to be desired.

It was convenient for our trip to Atlanta.

The floors were dirty. The “smoking area”, was behind our window but there was a man who left the door open with a stick and was smoking just outside the door without a t-shirt on. The had a breakfast but when we got there at 7am there was nothing left. The guy who checked us in had really bad BO. There was also a $100 deposit for the room. Which I didn’t know about. If you used your card you got it back in 5 days, if you used cash you got it back once you checked out.

The place was very clean, closet in our room was spacious. The room was equipped with microwave and mini fridge which isn't a given these days. The sofa bed, pull-out ottoman, and room setup (desk as a divider between spaces) were all convenient. A missing lamp shade offered surprisingly helpful light.

The building outside of our room had no a/c and was very hot. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (and we aren't picky- free is free) and we found ourselves eating it in our car with the A/C on to stop sweating. We had no wash cloths in our room and couldn't seem to find someone who might have access. Our tv didn't work; we noticed late our first night and were told maintenance would come in the morning. Reasonable enough, but they never came and when we returned earlier the next evening, we were told it couldn't be fixed and our option was to change rooms. Since we were leaving the next morning we stayed put, but tv is my favorite hotel comfort and it was disappointing. Overall, it almost seemed like the entire premises is had a singular employee on staff at a given time.
