When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. A swimming cap and slippers are compulsory in the swimming pool. Guests can bring their own or buy new ones at an extra cost. The cap costs EUR 5 while the slippers cost EUR 7. The garage is available upon request at an extra cost of EUR 12 per day. It is suitable for vehicles of 2.10 metres height maximum. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that 24-hour room service is available.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
