Hotel is not the correct term. Pension or rooms fits the description.

Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i profesjonalna, natomiast tzw. "śniadanie kontynentalne" straszne, uważam, że Hotel nie straciłby wiele jakby zrezygnował z serwowania tego starsznego śniadania w cenie.hotelu.

Though this not so lovely hotel may not be a 5 star hotel it how ever it has a some what a dorm atmosphere to it small no window room , wall are as are thick as paper and it does have an lift or elevator and they both worked. The eating area though not very charming, just simple has a wide vie of the corner street below. The staff there were very friendly even though, I did not speak Russian and they tried as best, they could and we did in there somewhat in broken English and some universal language such as pointing and making jests, plus the help of a lap top by using Google Translate, it helped a lot! All and all my stay was quite pleasant and enjoyable happy staff who did there best as best as could be under the circumstance. This is after all a old hotel. I may come back some day! Great bazar not far away and a gigantic farmers', butchers' and fishermen's market and bazar area not far from the zoo and not far from the hotel. And from the hotel down to the sea shore is within walking distance of about 1 or so km , there are buses and trolley cars and taxies to take you where ever you wish to go!

wifi, free continental breackfast, personal laundry pay for you, helpfull front desk and restaurant staff English spoken but limited.

good service at reception, nice little café at 3rd floor, shops and restaurants near the hotel

its not so good the room was small .with no place to unpack a thing and you can't site on the toilet seat
