Most of the reviews say it’s outdated and worn down, and it is . But the location, view , people and food still made it a great stay. The spa was exceptional, and a must do.

Definitely needs an upgrade and I think they are working on as some restaurants were closed. In the room , things were broken and worn down but overall still comfortabels . I think the most important part that needs an update is the swimming pool as this becomes even dangerous for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Nexus Karambunai! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we’re truly thankful for the effort the team put into fulfilling our honeymoon vibes request — it made our experience extra special. The Penyu Restaurant served absolutely delicious food, the pools were amazing, and the Borneo Spa was pure perfection — a must-try for anyone visiting! The beach view was breathtaking and truly completed our romantic getaway. Thank you to all the staff for your warm hospitality and attention to detail. We look forward to returning again soon!
