This place was anything but the known "Executive Inn and Suites". It was a dingy motel. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the non-slip mat was grungy and moldy in the crevices. There was no ice available. The check-in person was rude and ignorant of service dog laws. I had to explain and even argue that service dogs are not pets. It was just very upsetting all around. There was no Mountain View as was advertised.

Person who checked us in smelled of alcohol, the room smelled like moth balls, the pillows were flat, they didn't use a fitted sheet
