The room and common areas were very clean. The breakfast was great (loved the mini Belgian waffles!) and the pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return! Say hey to Q, at the front desk! She's amazing!

"I regret booking a room at this hotel."

Nothing.

The hotel was under construction. At 10:30 pm we waited over an hour to get into a room because they overbooked. They put us into a room they had FRESHLY painted, someone had JUST showered in there, it was dirty, the beds were smaller than we paid for, it was a nightmare.

Toilet bowl leaked on to the floor and there was a leak under the sink. Both issues were passed on to the front desk staff.

Great location, hot tub and pool was very relaxing breakfast was ok and having only one elevator working made things very complicated trying to leave, but I understand these things happen. Overall I will stay again and recommend to other family members. Very clean very well maintained and staff on hand.

Horrible I don't know if the property changed hands or what but .....Issues with elevator....Only one worked and that wasn't working either..... When checking out we weren't even asked how our stay was... The girl was on her phone I felt like I was bothering her.... No coffee both days available or cups..... Again I felt like I was bothering the worker for coffee..... The first night we got there the girl was very nice and there were even cookies after that forget it.... No hospitality at all..... Couldn't even get a hold of the front desk with the phone from my room.... Called multiple times... This property definitely went down, I definitely will not be staying here again in the future...

Ema, front desk clerk was great. Hotel is good condition, but the fitness room was below average. Three of the treadmills and elliptical were malfunctioning. However, there was hot water and great water pressure.
