"Good Value and Clean - but disappointed"

The breakfast was lovely and the woman who provided said services that day went above and beyond to accommodate all guests. Even when another guest had pushed me aside at the waffle station and I burned my hand, your staff member assisted me in providing burn cream and a dressing.

One of the primary reasons we stay at hotels is for pools/hottubs for the kids/myself. We were disappointed to learn at check-in that those were closed for renovations. Even more upset in the morning when we learned that they were not in fact closed that the staff checking us in simply failed to tell us what was truly happening. As I mentioned in the morning - upon check-in, he didn't say much at all!
