"Memorable birthday thanks to excellent staff"

We stayed here as part of a honeymoon package deal. We were really impressed by both the beauty of the location as well as the excellent service. I celebrated my birthday at the location and was treated to some delicious cake and a very joyfull performance of a few birthday songs. My wife had decorated our room for my birthday. The housekeeping staff had generously added to the decorations with balloons and a thoughtfull card. The reception staff also arranged an alternative safari vehicle when it turned out all those directly associated with the hotel were already booked. This further cemented our positive opinion of the amazing staff. Highly recommend this place!

Joash really made our stay a great one, which is why we gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, there was a problem with bugs on the table and then in the food during dinner. The hotel really needs to address this issue.

"BEAUTIFUL DESTINATION"

My experience was phenomenal! I saw different animals all around the hills, my room was comfortable and the views were amazing! Nevertheless, the staff were so friendly and welcoming!! Miriam, Cresencia, James, Joshua and everyone were working tirelessly to give us a fulfilling experience and we are grateful
