The property was wonderful. The problem we had was the family above us were jumping around most of the night and it was loud throughout the ceiling. The wonderful staff helped us relocate to another room which we appreciated.

"Where's my luggage?"

The hotel is in a nice setting with lots of trees around. Beautiful when you walked in and room was clean. I stayed here one night only because of a gathering that I was attending. First, a Friday night price of $306 is an absolute rape of the customer. And it was only me in the room! Thursday night price was listed as $176! How is that even justified?? Nothing in the fridge, no welcome bottles of water, nothing. Oh but wait, it gets better. So checkout time is 11 am. I had everything packed and ready to go. I figured I would check out on our break around 10:30. Went to my room, the door was open, the bed stripped, etc. Where is my luggage?? Went to the front desk to see what was going on and locate my luggage. I was not at all happy. Desk woman asks, "Oh, was your room ***?" Me: "Yes, it was". "Housekeeping thought you checked out and forgot it because most people have a large suitcase, so they brought it up here". Me: "Well, did you check to see if I had checked out??" No answer to that.

"Nice hotel friendly staff"

Hotel is very nostalgic. Lobby is very nice. Front desk is friendly and accommodating. The room was a little on the small side. The TV in the room was positioned poorly. Needs to be reconfigured. Need outlets at both sides of the bed. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not made after our first night. Front desk said it should have and they fixed it. My last comment is not on the hotel. It’s on Trip Advisor. I booked the room through Trip Advisor and after paying I got a message saying it didn’t go through as the room was not available at that rate. They charged my credit card. I was able to get it reversed but this is a poor experience. Again NOT on the hotel but on TRIP ADVISOR. I won’t be booking anything through Trip Advisor. Definitely stay at this hotel in the future

It was clean and in a good location.

They didn’t have a microwave in the room, only a shared one in the lobby so that was real frustrating. Also they didn’t provide any coffee in the mornings. Only Starbucks and that got pricey especially when I just wanted black coffee

"Little too.expwnsive for what we got"

It was clean and friendly staff

The holder for the hand held shower sprayer was broken, could not get the tv to turn off. Every time we pressed the power button, it would turn off and then automatically come back on.
