"I would always come back!"

Exceptional friendly staff at the reception, very clean rooms and beautiful garden. Bus stop 3 mins walking distance from the hotel, lots of uber close by.

AC was very loud and the breakfast seemed a little bit too expensive for what you got.

"Nice hotel"

We enjoyed our time here, and it was a pleasant stay. However, there are a few small things that management might want to consider: a) There is no plug/charger next to the bed, where one might expect. This would help with convenience at night b) There is only one light in the bathroom and it is fairly bright. It would be helpful if there were dual lights and/or to have one separate for the vanity and the shower. c) The refrigerator needs to be recalibrated. It was ice cold and froze both our food and our water. d) The food/breakfast was good in the bistro, but the prices were on the high side. Again, nothing major but passing on observational comments. It is still a very nice place to stay.

Little musty odor to the room. Bistro only had 1 worker which made for a long wait. Nice atmosphere. Easy check in and out

"Good"

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub. And when I went down to the hot tub it was out of service. The pool grounds were dirty, broken glass and trash everywhere, the room was the only decent thing about the stay.

"Mt. Pleasant SC Vacation"

Great stay out of Charleston Easy to get to the city Peaceful and quiet with a marsh in the rear Only bad was AC was having issues in the hallway of my floor Room AC was good but was on a program and kept changing to a higher temperature

Air conditioner had to be replaced,roared the first night and had to be replaced the next day. Couldn’t get the new one to turn off the second night. Small blood spot on comforter, not Marriott like. Offered no recompense, though I eventually cajoled $100. Supervisors Not Friendly! Stayed there last year and it was perfect. Not this time.
