The location was somewhat ok. I used a third party site to book the room so a little discount for the way overpriced room.

The woman at the front desk was acting like she couldn’t find my reservation. She said I didn’t have a reservation and I had to pay full price. Then once she found it she said I had to pay still. I kept insisting that I had already paid and I was not paying again. She kept repeatedly asking the same questions. Her main questions were, about who I was renting the room for. Because my spouse is black and I am white, she kept asking was I going to be staying in the room? Was I renting the room for the black man. I kept telling her I had paid and I really needed to get into the room. I explained to her if she didn’t hurry I would not be able to make it to the restroom and there was going to be a mess to clean up. Miracles !!! She finally sees I have already paid. As if the extremely long and hard check-in was not bad enough. We get to the room. Stale hot air. Ready to shower and lay down. The towels were so thin, if you held it up you could actually read through it! So interracial couples go somewhere else. People who need towels to dry on , go somewhere else. People who don’t want to pay twice, go somewhere else!

That my reservation wasn't cancelled. I wasn't refunded. And was asked to pay a deposit, when I called weeks prior to ask about a deposit. Was told "No". I arrive with my pet to be told there's a pet deposit with a $10 daily fee.

Old sheets thin mattress mess up shower staff took to long to get me checked in

The manager of the property keeps raising the prices up, we keep reserving through booking and she told us it would be cheaper to pay her cash instead. And now she keeps raising the prices up so we pay more. Beware this horrible experience
