"Magical place"

We loved the the Allegiance. Glenda, Steve and Caroline were so welcoming and friendly that we felt like we were visiting family. I fell in love with the historical details and the charm of the house. It’s quirky in places but beautiful and gracious and every room was a unique experience. Breakfast was delicious every day and it was huge portions. I felt spoiled every day. The gardens were beautiful and the porches just lent themselves to hanging out. We booked all the rooms for family to stay for our sons wedding and it was a fabulous relaxing week. I was sad to leave actually. But we will go back!!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to a cute town with restaurants and antique shops. Loved their library rooms and relaxing in the backyard garden. So beautiful. Will come back and stay again soon!

The home is an actual museum of beautiful furnishings as an example of the 1838 home that it is. The owner and staff were wonderful and the breakfast was the best.

"Perfect stay"

Breakfasts were delicious. We never met nicer hosts! Our room was beautiful! Sitting downstairs in front of the fire with coffee and a great book was the perfect way to start my day! To top it off there was wonderful music playing throughout the B and B!
