"Clean Room, but beware of getting locked out just before check out time."

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok.

I have stayed at number of Super 8's in different areas. Several of them have this system where your room key automatically stops working 20 min BEFORE check out time! It is very frustrating because I'm always loading up my car making several trips back and forth and then suddenly I am locked out! So then I have to go the office to tell them that my key just stopped working and I still have my stuff locked in the room. They really should change that so that it locks you out AFTER checkout time, NOT BEFORE! So just be aware of this, because it is quite annoying when you are trying to hurry and then suddenly get locked out.

Hello, I’d like to request a refund for my recent stay due to a serious issue at check-in. When I arrived, I politely asked if I could check in early or at least receive my room key and number, since I would be returning late that night. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, cut me off, and refused to help. He also told me that if I didn’t come back before 2 a.m., he would cancel my reservation — even though my booking was for two nights. Because of this, I was unable to check in that night and ended up having to sleep in my car. The next morning, a different staff member was very helpful and let me check in with no problem. The property advertises 24-hour check-in online and even has a “walk-ins welcome” sign, so I should not have been turned away. Given that I was denied access to the room and had to sleep in my car, I believe a full refund for this booking is appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and help. Best regards, [Your Name
