The room was in poor condition — it smelled of mold, and both the wooden floor and ceiling were deteriorating. The air conditioner was leaking, and I had to request a room change. The housekeeping staff needs serious training. I asked for a clean hot water kettle since the one in my room was rusted and had metal shavings coming out of it. Although a replacement was provided promptly, the second kettle was also dirty, with muck at the bottom — I ended up cleaning it myself. Basic amenities like toilet paper and hand soap were not replenished the next day. In-room dining offers very limited options, and the breakfast was disappointing — I skipped it despite having paid for it. They don’t even have a cappuccino machine. Overall, definitely not the experience one would expect for the price.
