affordable, but I was unable to turn down the heat

the tub had no nonslip pad on the bottom and my daughter slipped and fell when taking a shower

The room was huge and staff very friendly. We had three queen beds in the room

Holes in blankets. Management and housekeeping knocking on doors. Was in town working nightshift. Very hard bed and pillows.

The room condition is bad and the amenities were not up to mark.

My two complaints are that when I enquired whether the hotel loans irons to guests, no one was available except a porter who didn't know!!! The room carpeting has to be shampooed/cleaned. I was walking barefoot and upon looking at the soles of my feet, they were black!!

I was scheduled to check in Scottish Inns 7/12 but due to flight cancellations and changes because of the storm in Louisiana, I could not make my connecting flight to Buffalo. I could only get there in coming days so I asked them to honor my pre-paid room reservation but they refused to honor any other date. So consequently I lost my money...sooo wrong

I was good. I needed another day at the last min. And they made the process quick and easy. I also needed a room on the frost floor at the last min. They handle it quickly

There was a huge spider in the shower. The towel had loads of hair stuck under it. No wifi.

I liked the fact that it had smoking rooms. And it also had a coffee maker but not enough sugar or creamer but that is just me
