Our property has a history of more than 130 years, which is reflected in its unique architecture. Due to the building’s structure, our hotel is unfortunately not fully accessible. Check-in un peu trop rapide qui a engendré quelques petits soucis. Séjour très court , seulement une journée qui ne m'a pas permis de bien profiter des offres de cet établissement…!

The Grand Hotel Zell am See offers a memorable stay in a beautiful lakeside setting, with stunning views over Lake Zell and the surrounding Alps. The historic charm of the building adds character, and the spacious common areas are nice. The breakfast is generally good, and the staff are OK. Its central location makes it easy to explore Zell am See and enjoy nearby activities.

Despite its charm, the hotel does feel a bit dated in some areas, and my room didn't fully match my expectations. Prices are on the higher side, which is not justified in the room setup, furniture and the amenities.

Als Motorradfahrer wird man bei der Ankunft ignoriert und als Gast zweiter Klasse behandelt, winzige Dusche, Zimmer oben sehr laut durch die nahe Bahn, Im Frühstücksrestaurant führen Gäste Videokonferenzen laut am IPad ohne dass das Personal reagiert

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon, das war perfekt; die Lage direkt beim Zeller See ist auch hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das personal, insbesondere bei der Rezeption ist einfach perfekt, ich möchte hier auch die junge Frau namens Ana besonders hervor heben, die uns gleich bei der Ankunft am Montag völlig individuell, freundlich und perfekt betreut hat, bitte vor den Vorhang.
