Amazing location right on beautiful Mushroom Bay. The bungalow was huge and beautiful. The grounds are lovely and very clean. Good and drinks very good, though the included breakfast was tiny

Gaps on all the ‘windows’ - they are actually shutters - and the open bathroom is an interesting way to really get to know your room mate. There is also loud construction right in front of your room

The location right on Mushroom Bay Beach is fantastic and to sit out the front for breakfast is gorgeous. The (paid) shuttle over to Jungutbatu was handy. Mushroom Bay is one of the best beaches on the island from what i could see and there is snorkelling right on your doorstep. Nice guy two doors down who does good surf tours and hires out snorkel gear etc.

The beds were really hard. The rooms are 'rustic' as are the pools, sun loungers, restaurant. They need a tap so you can wash your feet off before entering the bungalow area due to always having sand on feet. Towels were not pleasant and not changed daily. There is construction going on next door at the moment - from 8am! Food was average. Mis-information given about being able to use the Bali Hai Pontoon (we could have paid to use it which we would have preferred over the one they referred us to). Mis-communication regarding snorkelling tour saw us leave late and potentially miss time with the manta rays.

Amazing location, accommodation was so comfortable and quiet !! Having the pools were so good when the tide on the beach came in. Staff were so helpful and accommodating and helped us organise a snorkelling trip and the boat transfers

Reception personel were kind

We chose this based on reviews at the time. Totally not true 9.8. Towels very smelly and bungalow has no doors so you feel like sleeping in wc. Pools are small and one with flamingo has very sharp edges on stairs - our kids cut feet. Breakfast was ok, view also ok and Beach was clean. I would have loved the place more if towels were clean

If I have to mention something than I have to say that the rooms are a little bit old fashioned.

Right on Mushroom Beach, so was close to snorkelling, beach swimming and transport to the reef for surfing. Stayed in a hut which was clean, airconditioned and comfy. Island transport was organised quickly for our family in the way of motorbikes. Staff were lovely. Nothing was a problem.

The onshore winds blowing rubbish onto the beach. But when the morning was calm and no wind, the water in the bay was beautiful. Crisp and fresh. Not the problem of Le Nusa, a bigger issue for Bali.
