Wifi fungerade inte för mig och när man loggade in på Wifi med rumsnummer osv så kom jag inte vidare till säker inloggning för jag var svensk. Flaggor dök upp på länder vid valet av Wifi och Sveriges gjordes det inte så jag kam aldrig vidare med Wifi tyvärr. Fick ingen bra förklaring i receptionen så jag upplevde att dom inte var jätteduktiga på engelska. Valde man då inte säker anslutning så hoppade wifi ur hela tiden oavsett vart på hotellet jag var.

GIBed was super comfy and location was convenient being able to go out towards the beach or higher up towards town area via lift.

ESA beautiful hotel, recently refurbished. The bar terrace area was particularly attractive with views of Malaga harbour, also visible through the telescope! Drinks prices were reasonable and good quality. I did not have breakfast but heard it was superb. Non residents were welcome. My room was spacious for a small double and there was a fridge and kettle and English TV channels. Air con was quiet and efficient.
The bathroom was very big but there was no end panel on the walk in shower and though I was aware of that I still managed to soak the spare toilet roll which was at that end of the shower. Enquired about the lift to the beach but got confusing instructions and never found it. Better signage is all that is needed.
ESLocation ideal. Staff - without exception - excellent. Breakfast very good. Bed comfortable. Good selection of UK TV channels for British visitors.
Some 'hot' dinner dishes in the restaurant not very warm and only cold plates - a supply of hot plates would prevent the food going cold so quickly. Pillows were too soft for me but that is just personal preference.
CHStayed here for a short break for 3 days. Location of Hotel is excellent and very welcoming. One disappointment was the room 110 it was tucked into the corner of hotel and got very little natural light and definitely not a room you would choose to sit on balcony due to location. Room description stated USB charging ports which we found no evidence of .the walk in shower was good but if you used fully on the drain in shower cannot cope with water flow and you end up with a bathroom full of water very disappointing. Plus sides to this hotel are the staff friendly courteous and helpful a credit to the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and could not find fault. Overall a great place to stay apart from a few problems. Would highly recommend the Hotel as the pluses out wayed the negatives
USProximity to beach and walking distance from everything. Clean, breakfast was good, Jose and the restaurant was absolutely amazing and accommodating. He really went out of his way to take care of the guests.
We could hear the dining room chairs being moved around every night around 10-11pm. The hot tub was closed. Emilio at the restaurant was very rude multiple days in a row and lied about allergy information instead of just saying he didn’t know. He was constantly acting like the guests were an inconvenience.
