Excelente hotel en Lagos, instalaciones muy completas, buen desayuno y cerca de las playas.

Para acceder a las habitaciones es un poco laberinto. Pero por lo demás todo genial.

Pequeno almoço variado. Sala da suite com uma vista piscina.

Recicionistas masculinos muito lentos. Muito tempo em cada check in. Não mostraram simpatia assim que falei Português. O quarto é muito mesmo muito distante da receção e saida do hotel. Não há estacionamente exterior só parque pago diária 15eutos. Falta de roupa de cama suficiente para todos. Não existe um controlo/atençãi para quem entra e acede à piscina. O telefone não funcionava. A tv não tinha som. Para o gasto por noite é demasiado caro e não está assim tão perto da praia a pé. Ouvimos muito barulhoba noite inteira pois o quarto zona cama fica virado para a rua.

We enjoyed our stay pool area was great plenty of space room was perfect cleaned every day

Breakfast was poor very bland not much choice only went there the first day and went out for breakfast elsewhere for the rest of our stay

"Glad överraskning på resan!"

Rymliga rum, rent och fräscht. Bra bemötande av personal och frukostbuffé. Promenadavstånd till stadskärnan, stränder och Punta de la Piedad. Hotellet var en glad överträffade våra förväntningar och var en glad överraskning på resan. Skulle definitivt bo där igen!

Ljudmiljön i baren vid poolen var inte optimal och möblerna kändes plastiga.

Det var fint, rent, mycket möjligheter till att äta och dricka gott och njuta på hotellet, både till frukost och under dagen.

Tyvärr rätt nonchalant personal. Jag jobbar själv inom service och hade jag haft den här attityden mot mina kunder på det här sättet hade jag fått flera allvarliga samtal med min chef. Många var ändå hjälpsamma och trevliga (receptionen bland annat och några enstaka i bar/restaurang) men den övergripande attityden var inte särskilt trevlig. Vi upplevde oss flera gånger vara mer till besvär.
