"Hotel location very difficult to access, no signs "

We were unable to get to hotel, because of construction and backed up traffic. There were no exit signs to hotel. They did not compensate us in any way. I would never recommend this hotel. We tried to talk to the manager and he was never available. Do not stay at this hotel. 😐

Terrible. Dirty and outdated. Asked for late check out because we overslept they gave us 30 mins only to pack and get out. Other nicer 4-5 star hotels are more flexible with giving 1-2 hours extra to check out. Not impressed by the 2 people taking care of the front desk. First and last time staying here. Only positive is the closeness to the casino other than that dark and dirty room bathroom smelled like sewer.

This hotel was the second in Gainesville we went to this night. Definitely better than the first but still in need of a remodel. Elevator would not call from the lower floor. Television did not work. Could not pick up any channels due to a faulty cable. Air conditioner did not function properly. We were burning up. Front desk help said she had gotten real good at fixing TVs and air. Obviously in need of some repairs and remodels.

"Birthday getaway"

The room was nice and cool upon arrival. Full breakfast is always a bonus. The breakfast cook Dariela kept the area stocked with plenty of food especially considering a boys baseball and girls softball team came down to eat. The pool is indoors, and the gym is well equipped. Will definitely stay again!
