The location and staff were great! Checking was easy and close to the Winstar. Love that they allow dogs. The bed was a little worn and the pillows were terrible. One of them was so lumpy it was hard to get comfortable. Just make sure to check out the bed before it gets late.

"Out dated hotel"

The front desk agent wasn't very friendly. The hotel is very out dated. The bed was hard and a/c didnt cool the room very well. I will never book here again. The hotel definitely needs some upgrading.

"One night stay only"

I stayed one night here as a graduation trip for my son who is about to go off to college. We checked in late at midnight and went straight to sleep throughout the night I would hear this loud banging and it kept me up all night , in the morning I sat up and heard it again and realized it was coming from the actual springs in the mattress! Each time you moved the springs would make this loud banging sound! I thought it was some sort of construction going on outside that’s how loud this banging sound was. The first time I used the bathroom was the morning of check out and there was long womens hair and men’s shavings on the sink and there was hair on the bathtub that I rinsed out but made me think how could you miss this when your cleaning a room up for the next guest ! I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but I at least wanted a decent night sleep and a clean shower, also there was a lot of flies for some reason.
