Homewood Suites Hagerstown

A modern well maintained facility. Features a roomy suite with full kitchen.

The Homewood Suites are an excellent choice in Hagerstown - an immaculate suite that include 2 separate rooms. One side has a complete kitchen and a sofa and a TV. The other is a King Size bed and a large TV. Overall it felt like a luxury apartment in like new condition. Highly recommended.

We held our 65th HS class reunion there. Everything was excellent! My partner & I spent 2 nights there so we could visit with classmates. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all aspects of the property, staff and management. Hats off to Don Bowman!

The pool hours should be extended to 10pm or 11pm

Our 2nd room was Clean, a large size with working AC and telephone.

Upon a late arrival both my husband (a stroke victim) and I who are seniors were placed into a room which appeared to be clean and well equipped suite but was on the 4th floor at the furthest point of a U-shaped building. But the room was not functional, (no AC, non- working telephone) and since apparently the building was U-shaped required us to walk a complete square and with my husbands condition was quite difficult was quite difficult. Upon entry and turning on the AC because the room was very hot after 20 minutes we found that both the AC, ceiling fan and our front desk phone was not operational. I made my way back down and explained our issues to the front desk clerk who responded by shrugging her shoulders. I asked for us to be placed into a room with working AC and a working phone we could use in the case of an emergency with my husband. We were then moved into a room on 1st floor. We won’t be staying here again. We have been treated much more friendlier and respectful everywhere else. My recommendation - treat Seniors with respect and be more empathetic.

Checkin was rough because all of the Hilton systems were down the front desk did as good as they could given the circumstances. Breakfast was terrible. Please use real scrambled eggs, NOT POWDERED EGGS!

Staff was friendly, our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious! We will likely stay here again

Pool spa

The ceiling fan did not work Ac not working well I had the thermostat on 63 degrees not blowing . It was hot in the room. Woken up at 7:35 am by workers banging on the roof

Great place. They are doing a big job on the roof so if you have pets it can be a little stressful for them and owners who don’t want their dogs to bark to disrupt stay of other customers. Otherwise , service and stay was great!
