Comfort Suites Moses Lake

A generally nice hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. My only quibble was with a card key that refused to work. The desk clerk thought it was a problem with the magnetic strip, tried to correct it, but it still was erratic at working. I did, however, after multiple attempts get into my room. I assume this is not a hotel-wide problem, and will be corrected. I enjoyed my stay, and will stay there again in the future. Moses Lake is like a little oasis for cross-state travelers.

Room was fine, HVAC was outdated and struggled to keep temperature. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Gravy looked like it had been sitting out for a week.

Great stay with friends! Savannah at breakfast was so kind and kept everything stocked and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the 24 hour pool was awesome! Will definitely be back again!

Breakfast was yummy! Staff was great! Rooms were in excellent condition!

The bed were hard. I slept on the couch.

We were pleased with the comfort, price and cleanliness. Not happy with the T.V. It wasn't hi-definition and so the quality of watching the Mariner's playoff game was subprime. The hide-a-bed sofa was very comfortable and I would like to know the brand, if possible. I think the only negative was we only had 1 hanger and the front desk said they could only fine 2 for us, which met our needs. I pulled the luggage rack stand out of the closet and found a clump of fuzz/dirt/stuff in the corner. So just looked like housekeeping needed to vacuum that area out. Otherwise, I found the room to be very comfortable and clean and would definitely choose to stay there in the future.

Simple overnight stay for baseball tournament in Moses lake. Ample breakfast, nice room, comfortable couch to unwind and process the days events. Super friendly staff.

Comfortable, large suite with nice beds and pillows. Much more room and comfort for the money compared to other brand names. Couch and chair with space for 2 people to relax in, without having to use beds. Nice, attentive staff. Quiet location. Breakfast was meh. A little tired but well cared for and clean.
