The Lady at the front desk was a big help and sweet

Not clean, door was hard to open, room door wouldn’t close, spit in elevator

Great rooms with full kitchen

No hot water to shower or bath

The property could use some updates, wall paper in the bathroom was coming off the wall, one of the table chairs upholstery was coming off!

Very convenient to the children’s hospital

Staff was amazing and facility was clean.

No complaints!

The location was great and the staff was friendly.

The standard mattress in our room needed to be upgraded because it was very uncomfortable, also the bedding for that room was stained as well and didn’t smell the best. This might be a long haul but the carpeting needed to be cleaned or changed to vinyl flooring if possible. Carpet holds a lot of dust and dander. There was rust or anatomy on the mattress of the let out couch. Also, there was a mound of trash in the garbage area outside the facility. I assume there is an accounting issue with the trash collector. That was a very discouraging view of the property when we arrived and considering we didn’t want to lose the funds we paid we stayed. You can also see rust on the outside of the property near the gutters. One of the workers told me that the washing machines were on the fourth floor and I didn’t find it at all.
