Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey

Great location. We had a suite which had amazing views. Not a 'top spec' hotel, but more than comfortable, great beds, decent facilities and service was always helpful.

Bar staff unfortunately let down our stay with very poor slow service

Friendly staff. Great view from the room as asked for a sea view and a superior room. Breakfast good choice. Hotel clean. I swim a lot so was grateful for the opening times of the pool. Shane the stream room was out of the action. Great location for walking into town and the beach

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location lovely terrace overlooking the harbour, near the beach and ferry to Elizabeth castle. Breakfast was lovely good selection of hot and cold items.

Brilliant location Brilliant staff 5star service A really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay in a Radisson hotel again…l only hope they are just as outstanding.

Needs updating, some parts of the room were dusty. Been many times before and will continue. Breakfast was outstanding and location is second to none.

Favourite Hotel in Jersey

Hotel right on the harbour and next to the beach, short walk into town. Lovely outside space to sit with a drink.

The room was spacious, with a lovely harbour view and comfortable beds, which we really appreciated. However, overall the hotel felt fairly average for its category. We were unfortunately woken up by a false fire alarm on Easter Monday, which was a bit disruptive. The decor and atmosphere lacked the refined touch you might expect at this level. At breakfast, there were no cooked-to-order egg options readily visible, which is typically standard in similar European hotels. Scrambled eggs were available, but I had to specifically request poached eggs on the second day — which the staff were happy to prepare. Given that it was Easter weekend, I was a little surprised there weren’t more seasonal touches or decorations around the hotel.
