Likes: 1. Room was very quaint and cozy 2. Bathroom was spacious and clean 3. Jen (general manager) was super nice and helpful 4. Location was wonderful and quiet area Dislikes: 1. Breakfast was a great disappointment: bagels, croissants, Kind bars and coffee 2. Position of the bed to the TV was extremely uncomfortable for a couple - had to lay sideways at the foot of the bed to watch TV because there was only 1 chair 3. Pool wasn’t very clean

Great location. Could eventually use a bathroom reno! Only thing I would add, would be a dusting every once in a while. Little dust bunnies were on the lamp and hanging from the ceiling in our room.

"Awesome, Historic B&B in a great Location"

Last minute trip to Key West with friends and found this quaint, beautiful B&B in the best location in Truman Annex. We were able to walk to Mallory Square, Hemingway House and Duval Street in 10-15 minutes. Our rooms (and yes, rooms with an s because we decided to stay an extra night) were comfortable and clean - staying on first floor night one and second floor night two. There are steps to second floor but the trade off is a balcony where we enjoyed our lovely continental breakfast. The property manager, Jen and her assistant, Kimberly, were two of the most helpful and gracious ladies I’ve ever met. Their knowledge of Key West as concierge and Jen’s experience as a long time local was very beneficial in assisting us with how we planned our day.

Wonderful lady who greats you upon arrival. Very quick responses to all our questions before we arrived and during. Definitely would stay here again. Our room was so nice and the property is manicured so nice.
