Riverbend Inn & Vineyard

The inn was beautiful, especially the grounds. The artwork on every wall was stunning, the service was impeccable, and the shuttle was a game-changer. The rooms were massive and gorgeous as well.

We loved our stay at the inn. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect. Just a short ride into the Main Street and walking distance to wineries. We had a delicious breakfast both days and enjoyed the complimentary Trius Brut which we also purchased. We sat out on the patio enjoying our wine and the serene vineyard view. Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely come here again on our next getaway to Niagara on the lake.

There is no staff to help with baggage, no elevator. I’m 88 and wife is 84 Fortunately the desk clerk helped us our room 214. There is no bar/lounge to relax at after a day of travel. The complimentary wine was nice but a moment of relaxation would have been nice

We were disappointed with our room. It was very dated and had a musty smell when we walked in. We purchased a deluxe room, it was not fresh looking, and had a musty smell when we walked in. The paint in the room looking very old and should be refreshed. When looking online on the website, the photos look nice, but it did not feel this way when we walked in. For the cost of this room, we would expect a much better in room experience. We have stayed at other Niagara on the Lake properties at better rates, with a better in room experience. I did not get a good night sleep, as the fan on the air conditioning unit was loud, we decided to turn it off since we could not sleep, then we could hear the air conditioner running from another room. The staff were very nice, and it was a bonus to have the shuttle take you downtown and pick you up. The gardens and the exterior are very nice, and as advertised in the photos. We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend this hotel. To consider: It would be nice to have a continental breakfast available for guests, especially with the cost of these rooms.

Wonderful little oasis in close proximity to the Shaw Theatre and all the little shops. The Oakland was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Everyone working there is lovely.

Absolutely incredible location and stay. The staff, food, room, property were outstanding. We highly recommend staying here. Complimentary bicycles make for great adventures around the area. Free shuttle service too. Complimentary wine tasting steps away from this location. Incredible atmosphere and very welcoming!
