"Lovely friendly place to relax...apart from the kids !!"

Most of the hot food was only warm at best as it was buffet style, freshly cooked omlettes were hot. Good choices tho.

Too many babies and children running around EVERYWHERE !!!...Nedds to be more segregation for us without children.

"Nowhere near five stars"

Nothing.

More than half the time we called reception nobody answered. We asked front desk about an event that was on. They had no idea what we were talking about. It was just the guess the song event by the pool. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a supposedly five-star resort. Service at the restaurants was appalling. Servers making direct eye contact with us and not coming over. The rooms are outdated and old and smell mouldy. I am not sure if it's coming from the AC vents. The Wi-Fi stopped working halfway through our trip and we wanted to cancel and move to another resort and we raised the issue at 9:00 p.m. and they wouldn't let us leave until 3:00 p.m the next day, saying they needed to talk to a manager then another manager and so on. We had to call booking.com to help us. We absolutely needed Wi-Fi for the baby monitor and also because of commitments. Without consulting us, they bought a non wifi monitor instead of letting us leave when we wanted to. I was alone in the room with my baby and two workers sat on our lounge chairs outside without any regard for guests. They called us a taxi and it was not a legitimate taxi but some guy who only took cash. I don't understand the appeal of this resort because for that amount of money you can stay at an actual five star resort.
