We liked everything! The location is really beautiful

Le site internet nous a forcé à réserver une seconde chambre (nous étions 4) alors que notre chambre villa avait pourtant 4lits. Cette seconde reservation était donc inutile

Room was spacious, breakfast was ok

Disappointing. I was shown the photos of the room on the ground floor which had a verandah but they put us on upstairs room, the lobby looked dark and gloomy, the first impression was bad. I complained it’s not matching to what I saw in photos, but the person didn’t seem to care. The location is very remote and scary. Basic facilities in the room like bottle of water was not provided and we were asked to fill in the water bottle in the reception! No value of money I paid! No mirror in the room, the lights were too dim and gloomy, no lift for upstairs. The pool I wasn’t sure was clean. Overall they advertised more and provided less. I was disappointed.

the environment was stunning, staff were lovely, meals beautiful.

Top class staff, nothing is too much for them, very helpful, great pool and amazing view. Very good choice for relaxing a few days, only 20 mins in a taxi to ubud centre if you feel the need for a bit of crazy

Bit remote which could be a problem for some, restaurant is heavily overpriced, breakfast is very basic and set (no buffet).

We had an exceptional view of the small jungle around the canyon from our room, and we enjoyed watching the birds and monkeys in the trees. We also had our own pool as part of an upgrade, and we enjoyed every minute of our time at this resort. The Sky Warung was open until 9 pm, so we were able to enjoy a late snack of Balinese cuisine at reasonable prices.

Calm and serene location

Very rudely behaved Manager..Mr. Noora We had requested for two rooms on the ground floor for the older people, but this was denied. The rooms and toilets were not clean. The breakfast was horrible.
