Stayed here two years ago but for longer, only a short stop to prepare for the hike next morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely huge room and facilities

L'environnement est incroyable, le lieu semble chargé d'une énergie sacrée, face à la forêt, les singes sont venus manger dans des arbres tous près, les piscines sont belles, gros plus avec le shala incroyable qui donne sur la forêt pour une pratique de yoga exceptionnelle. Si vous cherchez un lieu calme et apaisant, cet endroit vous plaira. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Nous avons adoré notre séjour là bas.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas toujours très bien. Les prix de certains services en chambre en dollars et assez élevés pour le coin. Une longue attente pour avoir un taxi le moment du départ car c'était l'heure du repas...

The swimming pools, views, and entire staff were wonderful and incredibly friendly. We had many great conversations about the history of the pieces used throughout the property and the various art and architectural styles you’ll find here. We stayed in the Temor Cottage, which was carefully preserved and restored at this location. It preserves its rustic charm but now includes a marble bathroom addition. (Careful on the stairs!) The property offers two restaurants and a wonderful breakfast, as well stunning jungle views. I would suggest the Warung cafe on the property as well as that was priced in idr and really fun artistic pieces throughout the building and restaurant. I recommend the spring rolls and the ice cream! It’s a fantastic place for a group stay, (a few great spaces made for yoga or meditation) and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout the property. A lot of heart and soul went into this resort and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

The dinner prices at one restaurant were high (priced in USD) for Indonesian food which seemed odd. However the food was good and we had a great breakfast with warm fresh pastries. (Best we have had on our trip here so far!) There is another hotel next door we accidentally wandered into (it’s easy to do) and those were the only staff that were rude.

Wow, what a resort so tranquil and relaxing. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. Food in the restaurant was lovely and reasonable, restaurant staff were 2nd to none.

Staff were friendly and respectful. We were refunded (did not meet advertised standards, and we left)

Dingy room, poor bedding, dark and uncomfortable, small room. Shabby furniture and fixtures, some broken. NOT soundproof. Thatch design, had to whisper for private conversation, and could hear neighbours chat. Expensive and inaccurate Star rating. Not mosquitoproof (did provide Mosquito nets) Disapointing from what we were expecting. Not sure how this got 5 stars. Fridge, kettle, and coffee making facilities in bathroom/toilet room.

Het personeel was voorkomend en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed,maar voor een vijf sterren resort wel wat heel eenvoudig. Het privé zwembad was heerlijk.

Op de dag van vertrek wilden wij graag wat later vertrekken,maar uiteraard gingen wij wel tijdig uitchecken en namen we de bagage mee naar de ruimte bij de receptie. Daar stond niets van in en ons werd vriendelijk te verstaan gegeven te vertrekken. De eigenaar was zichtbaar in de receptie,maar verder onvriendelijk. Verder geen waslapjes en verzorgingsproducten in de badkamer. Verder slecht,dat de prijzen in het restaurant in dollars staan vermeld en de prijzen bovendien buiten proportioneel hoog zijn. Niet geschikt voor mensen,die moeite hebben met trap lopen. Verder is het hotel sleets aan het worden en de planten zagen er niet heel verzorgd uit.
