Everything was Beautiful, the staff were attentive. And when I needed something done or a minor change to my sleeping quarters . It was handled straight away. The breakfast was amazing The staff are wonderful and the whole vibe of the place is nice . I stayed in the rooms / if you have limited ability to walk this would not be suitable.

Everything was perfect . You get what you paid for .

It is a truly beautiful place. The location is quiet and peaceful so if you’re looking for somewhere to relax this is it. It has its own waterfall and river. Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. It was a very Balinese feel to the place

Pros: The quietness of the resort, it's in the nature, it's out of the way, which for us was nice, it's got an access to a waterfall, the cafe at the top has great views and the whole complex is really interesting, different with art dotted around. The staff were nice and helpful.

It is 20min away from Ubud, so need a scouter or Grab every time you want to go to town. The road has works on it being done so cannot walk it really. Also we stayed in Deluxe room and there was nothing deluxe about the room. It was smelly of sewage badly in the bathroom, the room was always hot despite the aircon. I think they know the aircon is not strong enough as there is a fan in the room as well. We asked the manager to do something about the bathroom smelling of sewage politely, but the smell went for a few hours and came back the next day. I think this place has a potential but the rooms would have to be really refurbished.

Super vue, grand lit, le personnel est rapide et à notre disposition pour quoi que ce soit.

Joli cadre, apaisant. Bonne nourriture et personnel très attentif et serviable.

Hotellet var ok, interessant utformet og med stor kunstsamling og mase rariteter, men vi forstår ikke hvordan det kan ha 5 stjerner. Ser i etterkant at det er oppført med 3 stjerner andre steder enn booking.com og stemmer mtp overordnet inntrykk av hotell og restaurant.

Veldig langt fra sentrum Helt ok rom men ikke 5 stjerner.
