We had a fantastic stay at Angkor Paradise Hotel from June 21-24, 2026. Our group of six, including two children, occupied two rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The standout feature of this hotel is its people. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From check-in to departure, the team consistently greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warmth, professionalism, and positive attitude made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The food was another highlight of our stay. Breakfast offered a great selection each morning, and the dinner options were excellent-varied, flavorful, and surprisingly good value. After busy days exploring the temples, it was wonderful to have such enjoyable dining choices right at the hotel. The pool was also a favorite with our kids and a great place to relax. Overall, Angkor Paradise Hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone visiting Siem Reap. If you're looking for outstanding hospitality, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, this hotel is an excellent choice.

La alberca muy bonita y grande las habitaciones estan bien los muebles son coloniales de madera, el desayuno es bueno es bufete y en ocasiones nos lo dieron para llevar en los tours de madrugada muy bien preparados. Ponen una cesta en la recepcion de fruta como mango para consumir lo que gustes , el personal muy atentos, la ubicacion es buena puedes ir caminando hacia la Pub street y old market.

We had a wonderful stay highlighted by incredibly spacious, spotless rooms and delicious food at the hotel restaurant. The entire staff was highly attentive, but a special thank you goes to the concierge, Pan, whose stellar English, friendliness, and exceptional recommendations made our sightseeing seamless. He truly went above and beyond, even gifting us some local currency from his personal collection when we mentioned we were collectors—his outstanding service made our trip unforgettable!

While the property is well-maintained, the hotel is quite old, meaning the furniture, bathroom layouts, and facilities like the gym, pool, and sauna feel dated rather than modern. Additionally, while the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, the quality was average; the hot dishes were often lukewarm, and the bread was a bit stale. Finally, there was a frustrating disconnect with Booking.com; the platform stated that a late check-out was included in our rate, but the front desk staff had no record of this and pushed back when we requested it.
