Everything was perfect. I was very satisfied with the stay. The staff was especially kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We have been travelling around Asia for almost two months: China, Japan, Vietnam and Cambodia, and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in, especially considering its value for money. The staff are the best thing about the hotel; Sambo and his team do a wonderful job. From the first person you meet when you enter the hotel, the people at reception, in the bar, in the restaurant, and even the cleaning staff are extremely charming, attentive to detail and concerned with making you feel better than at home. In fact, on our last day they provided us with a completely free taxi transfer to the bus station. The hotel itself is not modern in construction, although for us this is a big plus. Instead of being just another characterless "minimalist" hotel, it has a quality of construction and furnishings that many "modern" hotels lack; high quality in the old-school style, with quality materials and not cheap materials that simulate real walls or trinkets that simulate wood, as in many new hotels. The room is huge, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is very large and comfortable, with a bathtub-style shower (something that is usually a problem in almost all affordable accommodation in Cambodia, where the bathroom ends up completely wet after a shower, but here you don't have that problem). The soundproofing, tinted windows and west-facing window allow you to sleep in late if you want, and in the afternoon, you can enjoy the best sunset right before your eyes. Finally, as for cleanliness, there is nothing to complain about; everything is impeccable. It has an air conditioning system that works perfectly and cools the room in a matter of minutes. It also has a huge wardrobe, a fridge that works perfectly and a modern safe. The breakfast is excellent; there are several options of fruit, salads, proteins such as bacon, sausages, cooked ham, eggs cooked however you like, and even soup with vegetables and noodles.

Almost nothing; to mention something, the temperature and water flow in the shower are somewhat unstable, but this is a minor detail that does not detract from the spectacular nature of the hotel. Nor does it prevent you from having an excellent shower.

I have always found accommodation in Cambodia to be to the best And this most recent visit did not disappoint The staff at khemara were all friendly, professional and helpfull Particularly Mr Sambo Mrs Channey and Mrs Srei Prch

Nothing that comes to mind

The omelets and fresh fruit were great! Its 5-10 min. from Pub Street and all the noise. Plenty of tuk tuk for ride to temples or pub street.

The staff, ladies during the day Som Oun & Srey Pich and Nhien during the evening were very helpful & friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a large comfortable room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It took ages for the water to get hot in the shower. Run it for 5 minutes then it starts to get hot. Small detail but made a difference.

Amazing staff. Friendly, helpful. We had a late flight and they allowed us to keep the room almost till 3pm free of charge
