The view is amazing! but as far as front office, they didn't seem so concerned about our key card not working (3-4 times) we were locked out and couldn't get inside. the rest of the staff, as far as housekeeping and night management was friendly and tried to help rapidly seeing us outside freezing with our infant and couldn't get inside our room. That place has a lot of potential just needs a little bit of updating the rooms and such. overall, our stay was fair besides that.

La verdad mucho que desear. Empezó a salir agua del Marco de la puerta del baño. El wifi muuuy malo y en el cuarto no servía el teléfono al querer hablé con recepción tenía que caminar hasta ahí. y al reportarlo nunca fueron a arreglarlo y estuve 3 noches ahí.

La experiencia en este hotel en general fue aceptable. Cabe mencionar que le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, sobre todo a las áreas comunes y de albercas. Las habitaciones parece que las acaban de remodelar. La TV de nuestro cuarto era nueva pero no servía, la tuvieron que cambiar por la de otro cuarto. La atención del personal en general es muy buena, todos son muy atentos y cordiales. Agendamos un servicio de paseo en lancha y resultó que no servía por lo cual nos pidieron una disculpa y nos regalaron vales para consumo en el hotel y pidieron nuestros datos de contacto para avisarnos cuando el servicio estuviera disponible... nunca nos llamaron. En resumen, le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar y personal en el restaurante, tardan mucho.

El personal muy atento, resolvieron una situación que tuvimos con un sofá muy eficientemente y dormimos muy bien, lo único es que las instalaciones están algo viejitas, aunque bien en mantenimiento y la calefacción funcionando al 100, lo negativo es que queda muy lejos del pueblo de Villa de Santiago y no hay muchas opciones de transporte para llegar, tuvimos que rentar auto para llegar desde Monterrey
