The hotel was conveniently located in Fira (not the caldera view side) and was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go to. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a refreshing option. Breakfast - delicious! Elevator was not working.

O unico problema é o banho, com banheira, para pessoas mais idosas que gostam de usar chuveiro, pois o chuveiro na banheira sempre é um risco. Poderia ter mais dispositivos de segurança, como estruturas para apoio e piso antiderrapante na banheira.

Very nice hotel! Nice rooms, good breakfast. Staff was incredible MIchel Angelo was very nice with us he recommended a lot of things to do, we made an incredible boat tour I really recommend this hotel
