Great location, facility and staff.

Quality of food, especially dinner was lower than expected

The bed was very uncomfortable, so my son had to sleep on the living room sofa. I couldn't understand why I could only have one coffee in the room from the coffee machine and had to order extra and be charged for it. What's the point of having a coffee machine in the room if I can't use it freely? Also, nobody changed our bathroom towels for the 3 days. I don't think it's good value for money. For instance, I stayed at the Atlantic Royal Dubai for the same price on a special offer, which even included breakfast!

The hotel is far from being a 5 star hotel. Bad accommodation, terrible bed, terrible cleaning. Staff are attentive but the structure of the hotel is very bad. On the rainy day, they didn't move the lunch area to an enclosed space. We didn't agree to have lunch. There is no room or beach service.

Perfect spot - we will be back! Family of 4 (girls, 11 & 13). Super easy self parking and a perfect spot to come home to after a day of exploring.

It could be great hotel for couples however most of the guests stay here with toddlers. So, I would choose another hotel for a romantic weekend. + great location right on the beach + quality of food and drinks, especially I recommend the Gust a la Carte restaurant! + cleanliness of the rooms and hotel territory + very friendly hotel staff + absolute silence at night starting from 10pm

- buffet food looks amazing but not as tasty as it looks, do not expect anything delicious, just quality food and sufficient choice - sewage smell at night from the street (as I understood it is not the hotel fault but the smell at night made us close all the windows, which is not comfortable for those who like to sleep with the windows open) - lack of a cozy atmosphere in the main restaurant due to the tight arrangement of tables and a large number of families with infants and toddlers - hotel staff cleaning the floor at the pool zone using chlorine based detergents at the same time when the guests are trying to relax on the sunbeds in the pool area.

I have stayed at many Five Star hotels and I wouldn’t have this in that classification, the staff were lovely especially Lukas. I do feel that as it’s such a big complex you should probably have an adults only pool and more adults entertainment not just child entertainment. I think, unless you have children, you wouldn’t really want to stay here. It’s excellent for families though. I was travelling with my mum and my sister, but I had my own room booked and at first they put me in a different block right in the corner facing off fence which was quite scary and gave me bad anxiety, they did move me after a couple of days after I requested it.

I didn’t like that you had to keep going up to the bar if you wanted a cold drink. I don’t think you should have to pay that much for the coffee pods and the milk either.
