Super endroit. Très bien situé avec accès direct à la plage. Le service est au top. Tout était parfait à part une mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. Ce qui fait que les chambres situées non loin de la rue peuvent être parfois bruyante. À part cela, et ça ne nous a pas énormément dérangé pendant le séjour, rien à redire. Parfait pour les familles et on arrive même à être au calme au bord de la piscine. Service exceptionnel.

Beach was lovely but impossible to get a lounger.

Transport and taxis are impossible to get in the evening unless you go out around 6pm. Asked the hotel reception to help several times and basically told not our problem, get a bus! Not really good enough for a 5-star hotel at pretty much €1000 per night for a family suite for 3 people. Majorca itself with strikes and attitude to tourism is slowly killing itself.

The service staff is amazing. The restaurant/bar/food staff as well as the housekeeping doing and incredible job.

Reception is unreliable. You reserve a taxi by them, but they cannot guarantee if the taxi will show up or not. You ask for silent room months in advance as well as during check-in, and you are assured, then the room is just next to reception and rooms are not soundproofed. You hear every soul on the reception lobby as well as the customers that live above you.

"Great stay for families"

Excellent animation team for the kids who really gave it their all to entertain. Carina at the front desk was a star who helped us to sort transport. Food was good.

Bed size and confort were poor. Alot of mosquitos at the property.
